My first handgun was in .38 Special, and Magtech ammo helped me qualify with my venerable S&W revolver again, just like many years ago. Magtech .38 Special was clean and RELIABLE (a must for qualification time).

Pleased with the consistency of this ammo. Went thru two boxes with our S&W revolver and no issues. Especially like the pricing on the various Magtech ammos.

Excellent product and great practice round. I have 4 revolvers I shoot with and this, and it is my preferred practice target round. I especially like this round as it is only 125grn semi wad-cutter so when shooting with very lite weight revolvers like the S&W 642 it has a very manageable recoil and doesn't bit quite as much as some of the heavier loads out there. My inventory is now down to 2 boxes time to order more.

Great practice round - Just shot a couple more boxes of this at my local range - good solid feel but the benefit of a semi wadcutter flat nose for cutting nice clean holes in targets for practice. About to buy some more. Thanx Bud's !!

Magtech 38 Spl 125 Grn FMJ / Flat - Recently acquired two small J-fame revolvers from S&W - 642, & M60 - I have been experimenting with different types of 38 spl ammunition, and recently have tried both of the Magtech's 38spcl FMJ / Flat 125grn and also the 158 grn. Both work great in my guns with no failures of any type - both are excellent for target use as the flat tip cuts a perfect hole through targets. The best part is the price - both very affordable on my budget and allows me to shoot frequently during the week. I have found them to be true and accurate to the degree of my own shooting abilities - will continue buying more .... Also - you can't beat the price and serviced of Buds's Gun Shop. Mark C.
