XDm is just my favorite handgun and this 9mm compact did not disappoint. I have wide/short hands, using the adjustable back strap makes this gun seem as though it were made for me. This is now my new carry and its conceals very easily and I have a 19rd mag as a backup with 13+1 in the holster ready to go. I have put about 500 rds of various ammo and not one issue yet. Recoil is never an issue for me in a 9mm, but this XDm has plenty of recoil absorbing and I can shoot it all day even with the flush 13rd mag.
