Purchased this gun for my CCW. I love the XDM platform. accurate right out of the box. A lot of people experience difficulty inserting and dropping a fully loaded mag, and racking the first round. I experienced this as well, but after a few hunderd round she'll lossen up nicely. I fed mine about 250 rds of crap ammo without a single FTF or FTE.
A+ for a great product. Definitely recommened.
