It has a 26" tapered octagonal barrel with deep cut traditional Ballard-style rifling. The rifle has adjustable Marble semi-buckhorn rear sights with a Marble carbine front sight. The hammer spur is offset for scope use. The straight-grip stock is crafted from American black walnut and equipped with a hard rubber butt plate.
