Extractor Issue on Windham A4 Rifle AR15

I have an extractor that won't go back into the bolt when I try to push it down and put the extractor pin back in. The pin won't go back through the extractor because it won't line up and hold it the extractor in. Called company but can't seem to solve the problem. Wondering if I should just buy another bolt entirely. As long as I buy it from the manufacturer would it still be safe to fire and would it work since the manufacturer does sell replacement bolts for this rifle.

Do they make longer firing pins for AR"s? Cause i think this greatlakes rifle i bought from buds just last week needs one. Its not hitting the round hard enough. Have to pull the trigger sometimes 3xs just to get the round to fire or know its not firing. A different firing pin & bolt were used during range troubleshooting luckily somebody next to me was willing and interested with my problem. So if i cant replace either of those to fix the problem. Whats left? ALL kinds of ammo were tested.
