Hi Mike, Yes they can with some gunsmithing. This firearm has traditional staked on front and GI dovetail. NOVAK has LoMount rear sight (wide notch) mated with a Novak cross dovetailed front that they offer installation service for reasonable prices. (novaksights.com/Search.aspx?TERM=ati)
