sorry its not CA approved There is currently only one Bersa pistol on the CA Approved Roster currently : oag.ca.gov/firearms/certguns?make=Bersa+%28Industria+Argentina%29

Hey Bryan, I hope you got it figured out. Unfortunately, it is not legal in CA at this time, it is not on the DOJ Handgun roster. Hope that helps!
