Will these fit my 97 b ?

They will not Bob. The CZ 97B has a slightly different cut for the front sight. Some Night Sights that fit are : https://czcustom.com/cz-parts-all/front-and-rear-sights/tru-dot-night-sights-9.html

They won't but HIVIZZ has some that will fit but you'll have to put a pin in the front sight or get a gunsmith to do it. If I remember correctly they are about $95-$105.
