  • I can confirm this yes Peter. I own a 2012 ColtLE6920 and have seen some recent Colts and can confirm the machining is not as good now on current LE6920's. The finish is even different now as well. To be fair, lots of current AR manufacturers seem to be cutting corners since the rifle sales have decreased and prices have dropped.
