  • Full disclosure, mine are 147 gr 9mm Winchester FMJ. Mine are FN, I haven't tried 115 gr since the 147 gr performed so poorly for me. I am soured on all white box ammo. Many people feel as I do, others don't. Michael gave the best answer, you gotta try it and see what you like.

  • Winchester makes good ammo as well as do other companies. As far as how they will compare in a kel tec the only good way to find out is trail and error. Your gun may or may not like theses shells or others. Best way is to purchase a couple different brands and see what your gun likes best, and in the process you get more range time in as well. Hope this helps.

  • They are full metal jacket round nose and we use them in competition and they work fine. I was given 10,000 to compete with a few years back and they all went bang. They make 125 power factor.

  • White Box has been a staple of target shooting for decades. Great practice ammo.

  • James G is right though. For plinking, its kind of good. That way you can practice clearing jams too. Its fine for practice. But I would never trust it loaded in my kel-tec in my nightstand. But for range use, its fine as long as you don't mind a jam every mag or two.

  • They are not hollow point (pretty sure you knew), but they are flat nosed FMJ

  • They will work just fine as target/plinker ammunition. You should test a box. If you pistol has issues with flat-nosed target ammo, you will have issues with hollow point self defense ammo more than likely.

  • They go bang most of the time, but if you don't have a smooth feed ramp going into the chamber, they will get hung up now and then. My last box of 50 I had 1round that wouldn't go bang at all, not even after a re-strike.
