Corey - Illinois .. looks for any possible reason to infringe on the second amendment, especially i the more urban areas. The metal mixture Phoenix uses is substandard to pass Illinois' laws, because the melting temperature is too low. This is a result of the Illinois misguided efforts to get rid of those "dreaded Saturday Night Specials" ... which were the anti-gun crowd's buzz words before "Assault Weapon" became the latest politically correct term to use.
