Jay, I do not believe this shotgun would be permitted due to having a pistol grip and a detachable magazine which is considered by the state of NJ to be an "assault firearm"; however, I am not a legal authority on the matter so you might wish to consult with your FFL or a proper law enforcement authority on the matter.
