  • Brian, no Sir. This "Pistol" has a Brace instead of a Shoulder Stock so it's classified as a standard "Pistol", no Tax Stamp necessary.

  • This “Pistol” requires no tax stamp. If the arm brace is replaced with a buttstock, then and only then would it be a SBR (Short Barreled Rifle) and require a tax stamp.

  • Both the previous answers are correct, just adding that this pistol should be just over 26 inches in overall length which means you should legally be able to add a vertical foregrip if you want.

  • no tax stamp required as it is a pistol now if you added a stock instead of the pistol brace then it would need a tax stamp
