Steven - due to the way leather will stretch just a bit, and has to sort of mold itself to your particular gun, I think I would go with the medium. It should be a little tight .. just for retention purposes. It is was too tight, you can always wet it, put your gun in a plastic bag, and stick it down into the holster, then let the holster dry for a day or so, and it will be a 'custom fit".
