Rick, no Sir. This rifle has too many restricted features to be legal in NJ as detailed under "Rifles" here : budsgunshop.com/catalog/feeds/state_reg/new_jersey_restrictions.pdf

Rick - No sir, I can count at least four reasons why New Jersey would not permit this firearm to be sold in New Jersey, according to their gun laws.
