Bodhi, no Sir. Due to safety and warranty reasons, you should always contact the manufacturer if in doubt. TR Imports is (817) 750-2291

Bodhi - No, please don't even think it. You're talking about a big KA-BOOM in the making. The higher pressures of 45LC, coupled with the smaller diameter and thinner walls of a .410 barrel wouldn't be very pretty.

guns like the Judge are safe because you are shooting a 41 cal (.410 shotgun shell) shell through a 45 caliber barrel the plastic wad expands to seal the barrel but trying to force a 45 cal through a 41 cal hole is asking for trouble

no it will not !!!!!! the 45 LC generates way more pressure that the 410 shotgun and this gun is not built to handle that pressure

The short answer is NO, it would be unsafe. The standard bore diameter of a 410 is as expected 0.410 inches in diameter with constriction down to ~0.375 inch if your gun is choked about full choke . The 45 colt is 0.451-.454 inches in diameter. That is significantly larger than the bore of a 410 shotgun it would be unsafe and might blow the gun up. Pressures will spike to levels never designed for the .410 barrel
