Guowei, This load is too light for the rough and tough turkeys here in Wisconsin. This round may work with pheasant or grouse. I would recommend at least #4 shot for the purpose of humanly harvesting wild turkey. To be environmentally ethical I would look at shells with steel shot not lead.

Guowei, only for close in shots. When Turkey hunting you would want at least Some "Turkey" specific loads such as budsgunshop.com/catalog/product_info.php/products_id/34721/winchester+12+ga+super+x+turkey+2+3%2f4%22+1+1%2f2+oz%2c+%234+copper:

I've used them. They're ok but I prefer these - budsgunshop.com/catalog/product_info.php/products_id/711010089/mag-shok+heavyweight+turkey+12+gauge+275+inch+1300+fps+125+oun

while it will do the job at close ranges (head shot) there are better loads available like this budsgunshop.com/catalog/product_info.php/products_id/711010089/mag-shok+heavyweight+turkey+12+gauge+275+inch+1300+fps+125+oun

Guowei - Really, #6 shot is a bit too light for Turkeys. I would never go smaller than a #5, high powered shell for the turkeys, as they are pretty tough, and you don't want to leave a wounded one in the woods because it got away from you after hitting it with the #6 shot. There are many good turkey loads available from every major ammo manufacturer. They're all designed to use with a full or extra full choke.
