Is this safe for using in 1915 Ithaca side by side? Also, how many FPS can I expect from this load? Thanks!

if the gun is in good shape and does not have a Damascus steel barrel you will be fine If it has a Damascus barrel and you want to use I I suggest that you send it to Briley and have it sleeved down to a 20 ga This load will give you 1200 FPS
Tim, yes Sir. This "Low Recoil" Load will be fine with a Muzzle Velocity of 1200 Feet Per Second.

Tim, If the shotgun is sound and deemed worthy by a gunsmith or if your confident in your own inspection these round should be safe. I am still firing a 1886 rolling block shotgun safely. 1200 fps on this round and #7 1/2 also. Fiocchi Extra Low Recoil Trainer 12 Gauge, 2 3/4″, 7/8 oz, 1200 fps, #7 1/2 Lead Shot, 3 dr. eq.--------Fiocchi Extra Low Recoil Trainer, 12 Gauge, 2 3/4″, 7/8 oz, 1200 fps, #8 Lead Shot, 3 dr. eq.
