While I am sure that buds has them on order there is no way of knowing when it will be back in stock. I suggest that you use the notify me button. Buds will email you when they are back in stock This in no way obligates you to purchase the item. We are not buds employees we are volunteers that answer questions

Mitch, As the community always says; wish list it, hit Notify me When Available button on description page. This is a very popular Sig offering. Sig is making some rolling changes on all the X-Series lines. Be patient, check back at BGS.com daily and expect a better and improved X 5 Legion when it gets back in stock.

Mitch, you should keep it "Wish Listed" selected for notification as this particular pistol is out of stock and very popular so it may be quite a while as it is almost impossible to say when.

I'm sure more will hit the shelves soon, but the competition guys will be snapping them up fast. Note: the non-Legion X5 is a really sweet gun. I got one from Bud's last winter. I have made some of the Legion upgrades already. (the Grey Guns guide rod and spring, the same as what comes in the Legion. Also added an APEX transfer bar, improves trigger by shortening take up and reset, easy mod) Also, strangely enough, the Legion comes with 3 seventeen round mags …. the standard X5 comes with 4 twenty-one round mags …??? And those 21s are over $50 apiece … something to think about. I love my X5!!!
