Brayden, after your thorough inspection before transfer, test your pistol for function at a range. It is highly likely you will have no issues. If you do, contact Buds (if you purchased their Lifetime Warranty) and Remington to setup a service appointment. Remington will be your first contact of any functional issues at Parts & Service TEL: 1-866-662-4869. The Buds warranty is a very good value : budsgunshop.com/catalog/warranties.php
you have a few options 1st inspect the gun BEFORE doing the transfer paperwork if there is a problem contact buds for a return and replacement 2nd you can buy the Buds lifetime warranty (its inexpensive) 3rd is call Remington for repair/return I have bought multiple remingtons in the last few years and I have not had any problems with them. Many of the Remington 1911 are models of the Para-ordnance 1911 remington purchased them a few years back

Brayden, So many fine 1911s out there. If you have the shadow of a doubt about getting a Remington. Plenty of very dependable, reliable, quality 1911s on the market in the same price range. Why buy and worry about things like how you gonna get it fixed before you even buy it. If you get BUDs lifetime guaranty they will stand behind the purchase. No worries there.
