Yes the ruger SR9 has a ambidextrous manual safety and that is one of the reasons that it is my carry gun

Keith, yes Sir. This pistol has an Ambidextrous manual safety - Internal trigger bar interlock - Striker block safety - Trigger safety & Magazine disconnect safety.
