Rob, no Sir. Taurus currently has no certified/approved Semi-Auto Handguns, only a few Revolvers listed here : oag.ca.gov/firearms/certguns?make=Taurus

sorry its not on the CA DOJ approved list in fact there are no Taurus 9mm guns approved in CA oag.ca.gov/firearms/certguns
