I was wondering if this gun requires an ATF Form 1 and tax stamp for most states (I live in Michigan)? Thanks!

Kent, As configured this Grand Power is a straight up legal pistol in all the free states.
This doesn’t require any of that stuff. I can’t have that in California but my buddies in other states have them with no extra paperwork. Unless you live in a state like mine then you can’t have it at all. It was my pleasure to somewhat assist you.

Kent, no Sir. It has a Brace installed instead of a Shoulder Stock so it is classified as a regular Handgun/Pistol.
