I cannot get more than one shell into the magazine. I made sure that the gun was cocked before loading the magazine and I confirmed that the magazine plug is not installed. With the barrel nut off I can compress the spring completely from the top of the tube, but when I put it all back together, I still can only load one round in the mag. I tried to disassemble the magazine tube, but the top cap that captures the spring is made of plastic and I wasn't sure I should pry on it. Ideas?
