Hi,
No, this magazine will not fits M11-A1D. You have to look for 229-1 magazines. You can use the older style 13 rd mags but there is a little wiggle but feed fine, I haven't had any issues with the old mags. 9mm and 40/357 mags work interchangeably between my 9mm and 357 sigs, they function fine.
