NO CA compliant MODEL AVAILABLE at Buds. Check here for CA model ( https://battlehawkarmory.com/product/smith-wesson-12001-mp15-sport-ii-ca-compliant-223-rem5.56-nato-16-101-matte-black ). I hope this helps!
Ben, Buds does not have the CA compliant in stock Sir. These were among the first to sell out at the start of the pandemic. I would check on large gun and accessory sites like (6)un (8)roker as discontinued and hard to find firearms and accessories show up for sale by private individuals and small shops. Just replace (6) & (8) with G & B.
As a whole our 4+ million customer's know more about firearms than we do. If you have a general question about a product we highly recommend that you first try out our customer Q&A feature. More often than not you will receive multiple answers to your question in minutes.

And a light. Lights are all about how much you want to spend Mod light and surefire are top of the line but expensive, streamlight and plight are good mid tier, or there are lots of entry level lights to that can be under $100
