California has many requirements to make a handgun legal, the biggest and most restrictive is that the manufacturer has to submit the handgun for certification to the California department of Justice to make sure it meets all safety standards according to CA's ill informed officials. What makes this such a ludicrous policy is that the CA DOJ is not currently accepting submissions from manufacturers, and haven't in like 10 years, eventually all the handguns certified for sale in California will have their cert expired at which point CA new more strict requirements go into effect, they want micro stamping (which is where the firing pin/striker leaves a user ID number on the back of the primer, so if bullet casing are left at the scene of a crime they can quickly identify whose gun the bullets were shot from, magazine restrictions in CA ate the least of CA's subjects worries.

Kent, you can't get this gun in CA even with a 10rd mag. It is not on the CA DOJ roster. Kommiefornia approved handguns here >>>>> budsgunshop.com/search.php/type/Firearms_Handguns/exclusive/ca

Kent, no Sir. This has 17rd and 21rd Magazines and the CA stands for Carry Model and not California. Cheers and stay safe!

NO, not legal in CA. This pistol is NOT on CA DOJ roster, thus is not CA compliant. Check the roster HERE ( https://oag.ca.gov/firearms/certified-handguns/search?make=150970 ) I hope this helps
