  • Can an aftermarket pistol grip (with no ability to accept a stock) be added to this and not change it's "firearm" status?

  • Yes, you can, but absolutely do not add a Shoulder stock.

  • I would see no reason why that would be unlawful. As long as it has no butt stock, its not a SBS. A pistol grip would be legal here.

  • yes you can add a pistol grip but you cant add a stock as the shotgun barrel would then be to shor and illegal as a "sawed off shotgun "
