  • The many sellers of this .22LR model advertise it as being either Steel, Alloy or Aluminum. I have been told it is actually Polymer.

  • Zinc alloy Which is what Umarex is known for. The Beretta M9 22LR is a Beretta 92-style semiauto pistol built on a zinc alloy frame and chambered in .22 LR. Umarex makes these pistols for Beretta in Germany

  • The M9A1-22 is a reproduction of the M9A1 according to Beretta and the M9A1 is definitely not polymer. Frame comparison here : https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-sAinMSibGWA/V6DY6wILcfI/AAAAAAAACBc/Je_goNBuF0sypJ_fH9FTWT7djRMUp6kKgCLcB/s1600/Sample02.jpg
