I was contacted 5 days ago about additional info needed. I called ASAP. I was told I would get an email to verify they received my info. Still no answer. I emailed 4 times. Email showed read. Account still shows "verification needed". Any one else have this type of issue with customer service ? 1st time ordering from Buds and most likely the last. Would rather pay more & get great service.

Got my Hatsan BTS410 home took it down to the recoil spring went to reassembly it and I have a Black Split ring left over. Can't figure out where it goes. Would someone please send me a picture or at least tell me where it fits. I think somewhere near the gas piston but I can't figure out where. HELP PLEASE
