  Jose, no, atleast not without a different bcg/bolt carrier group specifically made for a short buffer tube. Your average bcg is roughly 7 inches, so a 3.5 inch buffer tube wouldn't be long enough to let the bcg completely cycle. I'd use the link you provided and contact tacfire to see what it would fit.   Reno, the buffer tube is removable/replaceable. You have to have a buffer tube on though in order to fire the weapon. I'd recommend buying a pistol Brace for it. Just don't buy a shoulder stock because that will make this a short barreled rifle and require a $200 tax stamp. You want a pistol brace. Hope this helps.
