Ruger's GP100 revolver features a triple-locking cylinder that is locked
into the frame at the front, rear and bottom for more positive
alignment and dependable operation. Its patented transfer bar mechanism
provides an unparalleled measure of security, while the integrated
sub-assemblies allows for easy maintenance and assembly. The grip frame
design easily accommodates a wide variety of custom grips.
This Standard model has a stainless steel 6" barrel, frame, and
cylinder. It also has a black Hogue Monogrip and a red ramp front sight
with an adjustable rear.

Fits in your hand for good control and is accurate. With the hammer cocked the trigger breaks very nicely otherwise you have the double action long trigger pull. Nice Revolver for the money.

Absolutely great shooting gun. Good balance in hand and heft to absorb felt recoil. Shot 50 rounds of .38 and 50 rounds of .357 with no fatigue. Trigger is crisp in single action and the grip feels good. As always Bud's got it shipped quick and communicated tracking / shipping information right away.

Terrific revolver, tested 3 different types of 357 ammo, and handled 150 rounds accurately with minimal felt recoil, excellent engineering, great fit in the hand.
