• Q: I know it’s a budget 1911 but I am curious how the fit and finish is and if the feed ramp is polished?

  Alan, I have this model and the overall fit and finish belies the price. The feed ramp is not polished but has a nice smooth finish and has been reliable right out of the box. Cheers and stay safe!

• Q: Why does the magazine extend passed the grip? Unlike others I've seen. Can I purchase a separate mag that will fit flush with the bottom?

  Andrew, it's just because of the magazines base plate. You can get magazines that will fit flush. Here's a link to a magazine that doesn't have the polymer base plate and will fit flush.
