After searching many other brands of rds I choose Leupold delta pro because it's made in the USA and the lifetime warranty. I am very pleased with the quality of the rds and the ease of changing the battery. No regrets on my purchase and also kudos to buds for the quick shipping.

I never owned a red dot prior to this one, nor had I shot with one. I can't believe how easy it is to connect with the targets, even with my old eyes. I shopped around before my purchase and Bud's had the best price by far. Only problem I have is now I want to mount red dots on some of my other guns.

I thought it was going to be to small but is just the right size for the gun.

This is a very nice red dot sight. I have encountered 2 problems with this item which seem to be very common. (1) Red dot flares as intensity increases (2) Adhesive on the optic glass has bled over so that it is visible in various places, some more than others. Both problems required me to send the RDS I purchased from Buds back to Leupold for warranty repairs, right out of the sealed box (Brand New). I have purchased several of the sights (not from Buds), and each one has one or both of the problems above. In those cases I just returned the sight to the seller. For the one I purchased from Buds, I finally decided to return it to Leupold. Is this a nice RDS ? Yes. Are there Quality Control problems at Leupold ? Yes, I believe so, and Leupold needs to address it. Bottom Line: Examine your purchase, if it's not right, return it to Leupold. They will fix it. Lastly, the sight is so tall that it will probably not allow you to co-witness with your pistol sights. I also like that the battery compartment is on top (instead of underneath), which allows for a quick change of a battery without losing your co-witness. The windage and elevation adjustment screws have a tactile click, which means that you can feel the screw click when you turn them. Overall I like this better than any other micro red dot sight on the market today, despite the problem described above. Leupold makes excellent products and they take care of their customers, so I'm not too concerned about the warranty issues, just thought I'd mention them in case others have purchased this sight.
