I bought this pistol last year and I have put every type of ammo, anything from 180 grain to 220 hard cast and haven\'t had a problem. It\'s a smooth shooting gun and hardly any recoil even with the 220 grain hard cast. They did a 10,000 round test on this pistol without any type of problem. I also own the Glock 20 gen 5 it\'s also a great pistol, but in reliability the xdm is more reliable. In my opinion I think this pistol is the best 10 mm in the market anybody that\'s looking for a 10mm pistol out there, I recommend this one 100%
