  • Called Taurus last week (Aug 10th), 21-WEEKS after they rec'd my revolver. It is now unrepairable (no explanation offered). After several failed attempts for a supervisor, I was FINALLY able to speak to one. Requested reimbursement money for this purchase. NO, only can offer replacement. Now, it's again in the system for 2 more weeks....will update after 8/27. DON'T BUY

  • Sorry you are having issues normally Taurus revolvers are very good I am sure the replacement on will be a good gun

  • Very disconcerting development Michael. With what you have gone through, a refund should of been on the table right off the bat if so desired. Just check the replacement thoroughly and make sure it runs 100% and let us know the outcome my man.
