It makes sense that manufacturers would test 223 barrel to a higher detonation pressure but, that still doesn't answer long term use effect. Saying that the hazard may seldom exist does not qualify the .223/5.56 notation. A safe stamping on the barrel would be 5.56/223. Then I believe you can fire the .223 in a chambered 5.56 barrel all day log w/o a problem. Just my own opinion. Thanks. j@r

I purchased this a couple weeks ago from Buds. I had the understanding it could fire 223 and 5.56. When I looked at the instruction manual it said only fire what is labeled on the barrel. On the barrel it says 5.56. Can it not use .223?

My son's girlfriend wants to purchase a Kimber for him and she lives in NV and he lives in ND. Both are able to purchase and carry but what is the best way to get the firearm to him? Can she pay for the firearm with her cc if he completes the info on line in his name so he can pick it up in ND from an ffl license holder?

I had item #719002543 CZ Super Scroll 20/28 ga in my cart Thursday. The price was 2426.68, the location I wanted it shipped to ffl had not been updated. I requested them to fax the updated certificate to you. Have you received this for Elk Co Ammo and Arms ? A friend told me he had seen the P19229L listed in your on-line store yesterday 18 Aug 2017. Several range members who knew I was waiting for notification to purchase the pistol also told me of the listing. I checked my e-mail yesterday and had no e-mail from Bud's notifying me.I checked today and once again it's not available. I have made many purchases from Bud's and feel slighted. What gives?

When I first started looking at this particular carbine you could put the mouse cursor on the image and see the 360 degree view. Can anyone post a link with the .jpg image(s) for this? I have it on layaway, and I have seen it on youtube etc, but I'd like to get the 360 view available again. It was really close up and detailed. Thank you.

I purchased a set of low Burris scope rings to put on this gun but would not give enough clearance on the back sight. I do not care for see through rings. Would a set of Mediums get me the clearance I need or should I look at something higher?

Why does my coupon code not validate? It's the Bud's coupon code shown in my account. Why do they offer a $5 coupon if it doesn't validate on checkout? Yes, I know this comes to mind first: Glock 33 .357 SIG but recently the Mod.2 from SA REALLY impressed me with a) MUCH better trigger feel + b) no tweaking required ... well, replaced sights, added green laser. The latter pampered feel is what I'd like in a carry 357sig and then retire the G27 that also shoots 357sig but always needs tweaking then won't load a round occasionally no matter what, even when returning from Glock factory. If you OWN one that pampers or in the business = suggest!
