The S&W Model 617 4 inch is described as stainless/silver finish. The frame and barrel are described as stainless leaving the cylinder to be "silver" or aluminum. If so this appears to be a model 617-A. Is the cylinder aluminum? I am not concerned with whether the cylinder is strong- I worry if over time it will continue to match the barrel etc.

My Troy A4 Other came with a similar magazine part number 6558-01 marked where it says Austria on this magazine my question is will this magazine also work in the Troy is this the same magazine as the one marked with the 6558-01? Troy says any double stacked Glock magazine will work but I can attest that my G17 gen 5 mag sometimes shoot but they mag drop about 95% of the time definitely not a fit versus the G26 magazine with the 6558-01 marking have no issues or dropping from the mag well.
