I am sorry that my question about the battery was confusing. I know that the Holosun has a rechargeable battery; that is a given. My real question was about the possibility of a non-rechargeable one, or, much more accurately, my that, because my EDC or home defense gun won't likely get much exposure to the sun, or even much room light, I am concerned that using only the solar charging of the rechargeable battery won't necessarily yield enough charge to always use the Holosun whenever I need it.

I think there is more than one model of the Holosun SCS. Which one is it. Also, is it only powered by a solar panel, so can't operate with a battery, if it wouldn't always be in sunlight often enough to always be charged? If no battery, how much time in ordinary room light not direct sunlight - would produce adeqaute power for how long?

Does anyone know where I can get a replacement screw for the top of the trigger guard? I noticed it was missing and I can’t find it. It’s the screw that’s on the top of the trigger guard next to the rail.

My Canik Mete MC9 slide will not lock back at all. Either with or without the magazine inserted. It slide all the way back for the groove on the slide to catch. And the recoil spring isn’t staying I place.
