I emailed S&W. Question was is red dot cowitnessed with irons. S&W answer is NO. I am very surprised they're selling this as a performance system, and that Bud's has it as an LE weapon. If the red dot dies, you have no sights usable.

I know 2 of the answers to my last question said that the fin grip is not NY legal. My local FFL told me recently the fin grip is how they could make this gun legal in NY, but it also couldn't have a threaded barrel. They can fix that issue too and make it NY legal, but what I want to know is does this version have a threaded barrel?

Thanks guys, I called them and the girl on the phone did not know if it was cowitnessed, she asked someone who told her it was not. She did not sound sure, so I've emailed SW Q&A and will post reply. Model is supposedly the CTS 1500, and it's reported as 3.5 MOA, so who knows for sure?
