My new CZ 455 22lr varmint tacticool 24" barrel has different action and barrel serial numbers. It also came with two warranty booklets the respective serial numbers. Why? The serial numbers should match.

It says in the description that this specific cartridge made by Tula is steel case but NOT steel core, intact it says it’s Lead core. I thought all Tula is steel core and case, is this a mistake?
