Is it legal for someone 18 but under 21 to buy a shotgun with a pistol grip if it also has a fixed stock as standard? I know you have to be 21 if its folding stock, or just a pistol grip, but does that apply to fixed or non removable stocks?

does it come with lens cover. Number-2 will it hold zero good. Number - 3 THIS IS A 49.99 $. OK one of you all recommend, to me a diff, brand i got one of them brands i am looking at... SO to the one that recommend it give model number and i see if its the one i got pick out.. PS; i just wont a good red dot with lens cover + dot- bullseye -cross - starburst.. and hold zero good.
