Does the .308 Savage 10BA Stealth take Magpul AICS magazines? I know it doesn't take the LR/SR PMAG, but I've seen conflicting info on whether it takes Magpul AC PMAGs.

Is it safe to assume that if I send in a personal check, my gun will be put on hold and not sold out from under me to someone paying immediately via credit card? I would consider gifting through paypal but I don't see this as an option.

Can anyone comment on the quality of the scope and rings on this gun. I rarely buy package rifles because I like to pick and choose the additions. Is it true that the Weaver scope is being made by Leupold? I am also a little wary of the 3x9x40 for long range shots. Thanks

Is the grip (what would be the stock) permanently affixed? I ask due to the local laws state any weapon that can be readily modified back to being shoulder fired is classified as a shotgun, not an AOW.

Will this trigger assy fit and function in my 2nd gen Armalite AR-10? Is the hammer too wide for the bolt groove, as is the case with many aftermarket hammers? (they will fit, but certainly will NOT function.)

This morning I bought the Taylor's & Co smoke wagon deluxe in 45 LC w/4.75" bbl., 4109DE. The description is rather vague and only states black regarding the finish, but the picture shows it to be CCH on the frame/hammer. That is what I was wanting and am expecting, but want to make sure that is what is coming. Any help is appreciated.

I believe the law stated in the second response is for an IMPORTED rifle. Does not apply to US made rifles. The Ruger 10/22 Takedown 22LR 16.4 FLSP BL show in the picture does indeed have a threaded barrel.
