I bought a Pardus SD semi auto shotgun from Bud's two months ago. Either the forearm cap and or the tube is stripped, it falls apart every time I try it. Buds told me to contact Pardus. I have send emails to both the Turkey address as well as the US contacts with no answers. Went to Neptune arms as well. Any suggestions?

The gun purchased was attempted to be delivered by UPS today. The tracking said nobody was there to sign for it and I have to wait until the next business day. I’m upset because today is Friday and now I have to wait until next week. What happens if they are not available again? Does my package go back to Buds?
