I watched the videos , I have the instructions on how to remove the upper hand guard. It is not the HOW TO it will not come up past half way. The gun is new just received it 6 / 31 22 thursday. The knob to set the ejection will barely turn so I wanted to clean out the piston. BUT the upper hand guard will not come out past 1/2 and binds , and the release lever is clear of the upper. I don’t want to pry or force it out , the gun is brand new.

Yes, forgot important information. Just would like to know the weight and if this is the drop down barrel to reload instead of the access gate to load and unload weapon with ram remover if needed.

Now I know the game, thought being as what I was looking at would come up with the question....does not. Looking at a Sig LE M400 in 556 and it does not say if DI or Piston. From what I can see on the picture it looks like it could be gas but with the hand guard they way it is can not say for sure. Thanks.
