I bought this Colt SCG in 2017, it was built in Dec. 2016. It was one of the first runs of SCG's with front strap checkering. It had around 1250 rounds before I sold it. It was reliable, accurate, and served me well. The only modification I did was put an 18.5lb Wilson Combat Recoil Spring in it. If you are a fan of the most beautiful Colt model they ever made, don't hesitate. I took great care of her.
