Love all the data and specs on this rifle on the DelTon website. I believe this rifle is closer to being (almost) 100% mil-spec than the S&W M&P Sport 2. I am undecided but would say you get way more for your money with the 316M. But is the barrel made from 4140 or 4150 steel? Thanks.

I have done extensive research and although I am new to AR's, I am not new to firearms. I know this rifle has a great reputation, but I am at a loss when choosing between the MP Sport 2 and the DelTon Echo 316M. Both are great rifles, but the MP Sport 2 has a Armonite finished barrel interior, the 316M does not, but the 316M has a 1x8 twist, the MP Sport has 1x9 twist, I could always buy a new chrome lined barrel for the DelTon later I guess but the MP Sport is $519.00 and the 316M is $449.00.

The model description states that this weapon has an LEM trigger, but yet the full model description does not mention the LEM trigger at all. The full description mentions a safety and decocking lever, which if this were truly furnished with an LEM trigger would not be furnished. The picture does not show the safety and decocking lever, so confused. Does this weapon come with the LEM trigger or not???
