Trying to decide between these two pistols. It will be used for sport shooting for the next 15 years or so and then given to my son as an heirloom. Knowing that they dont make the Valor anymore, is there a good reason to purchase it instead of the Pointman? I can get a new Valor for about $200 less than a Pointman. Which one would you buy? After reading some pretty horrible reliability reviews on the early versions of this gun, is this reliable as a primary everyday carry? It appears from ancedotal evidence that they may have corrected the issue with the light primer strikes as the manufacturing process matured. You either get a keeper or a dud.
