I think I was misunderstood. My issue is the the rubber grip leaves the entire metal back strop too exposed past the grip. Viewing the gun from the side you can see the metal back strap sitting past the grip .This leaves it rubbing into the palm before the rubber makes contact with the hand. Normal fit? if so, it is poor. James, are you saying the the checkered wood grips would be the same way or better conformed to the frame and back strap?

Anyone have the same problem I have with the Hogue 19000 rubber monogrip not fitting flush on both sides of the backstrap leaving a small lip that protrudes into the hand? I am told that the checkered wood monogrips are custom hand made and fit more accurate and feel better when holding the gun.Is it true?

Curious about the trigger?? I own both a p238, p938, shield 9mm, and glock 42. I bought a S&W bodyguard 380 and was very displeased with the trigger promptly sold it. Haven’t found a Kahr at any local range to try and was wondering how the trigger compares to a Ruger 380 LCP 2, p238, shield, and glock 42. I’m looking for a true pocket 9mm to match with my P365 but I’m nervous about he reviews describing a “long trigger”.
