Will a16” barrel with 1/8 twist and 18” barrel with 1/9 twist shoot the same wt bullet basically the same . The bullet should make 2 revolutions before it leaves the barrel right ?

Would the Hogue Rubber Grip K or L Round Butt Frame Rubber Bantam Style Grip for this revolver help more for a small hand or is it better to stay with the original wood grip? I feel the stock wood grip is a little narrow left to right and a little long front to back for me. Any other suggestions for a grip for this gun? Thank you
